1) Exchange Period
Items can be exchanged within 10 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
2) Non-Exchangeable Items
- Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” are not eligible for exchange.
- Personalized or custom-made items cannot be exchanged.
3) Proof of Purchase
- A receipt or order confirmation is required for all exchanges.
- For online orders, we can also verify your purchase using the order number.
4) Exchange Process
- In-store exchanges: Visit our store with the item, proof of purchase, and the original payment method.
- Online exchanges: Contact our customer service team at sales.printfolio@gmail.com to initiate the exchange process. You will receive instructions and a return label (if applicable) for sending the item back.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will process your exchange and dispatch the replacement item.
5) Exchange Policy Details
- Exchanges can be made for a different size, color, or item of equal value.
- In-store exchanges can be processed immediately if the desired item is available.
- For online orders, the replacement item will be shipped after we receive and inspect the returned product.
6) Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for shipping charges related to exchanges unless the item was damaged or defective.
- For damaged or defective items, we will cover all return and replacement shipping costs.
7) Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at 9705022433. We will arrange for an exchange or replacement at no additional cost to you.
8) Important Note
- We do not offer refunds for any purchases. Exchanges only.
- Please ensure that your item meets the exchange conditions before initiating a request.
